From your account page on this site: Manage subscription, then Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the trial or the month you paid for.
Nothing is deleted. Your presets, overlays and settings stay; you just get the Free limits until you upgrade again.
The free trial is once per account. If you have had Pro or Ultra before, billing starts straight away.
The free trial is on Pro. You can move from Pro to Ultra at any time and only pay the difference.
