Terms of Service

TikControl (“TikControl”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a software product operated as a sole trader business based in England, United Kingdom.

TikControl is a desktop application for Windows that connects to TikTok LIVE streams and triggers customisable in-game actions in response to TikTok events such as gifts, likes, follows, and chat messages.

Supported games currently include: GTA V, Call of Duty: Black Ops 1, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, Minecraft, R.E.P.O, and Supermarket Simulator. Supported games may change over time.

TikControl requires an active, ongoing TikTok LIVE stream to function. It is a tool to enhance your streaming experience — it does not automate TikTok content creation or perform any actions on TikTok itself.

To use TikControl you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (the minimum age required by TikTok)
• Have a valid TikTok account in good standing
• Agree to comply with TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Be legally permitted to enter into binding contracts in your country

If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe false information has been provided.

Notify us immediately at hello@tikcontrol.io if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to use TikControl to:

• Violate TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or any applicable law
• Automate fake engagement (fake gifts, fake likes, fake followers) on TikTok
• Harass, abuse, or harm other TikTok users or viewers
• Use the software in any multiplayer game environment where modifications are prohibited (see Section 7)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of TikControl
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense TikControl without our written permission
• Attempt to circumvent subscription access controls or licence checks
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine you are in breach of these terms.

⚠️ Use game modification features entirely at your own risk.

TikControl installs modifications (“mods”) into supported games to enable in-game reactions to TikTok LIVE events. By using these features you acknowledge and agree that:

• TikControl is not responsible for game account bans, suspensions, or any consequences resulting from the use of game mods. Each game publisher sets its own rules regarding modifications and we cannot guarantee compliance with those rules at all times.
• GTA V / GTA Online: TikControl game mods are designed for use in GTA V's single-player (Story Mode) only. You must never use TikControl while connected to GTA Online. Doing so may result in a permanent ban from Rockstar Games and is done entirely at your own risk. TikControl accepts no liability for any GTA Online ban.
• You are responsible for checking the current modding policy of each game before use. Game publishers may update their policies at any time.
• Uninstalling game mods via TikControl restores the original game files as best as possible, but we do not guarantee a perfect restoration in all cases.

TikControl is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Activision, Treyarch, Microsoft Corporation, Mojang Studios, or any other game publisher. All game names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

TikControl is an independent third-party tool. TikControl is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.

TikTok is a registered trademark of ByteDance Ltd. All TikTok trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of ByteDance Ltd.

TikControl connects to TikTok LIVE streams using methods that are not part of an official TikTok API programme. TikTok may update or restrict their platform at any time, which could affect TikControl's ability to connect. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted TikTok connectivity and accept no liability for loss of service caused by TikTok platform changes.

Use of TikControl must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any action TikTok takes against your account.

TikControl is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• TikTok LIVE connectivity will function at all times (dependent on third-party platforms)
• Any particular game will remain supported indefinitely
• Automatic updates will always be available

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

TikControl, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by TikControl and protected by copyright law. All rights reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use TikControl for your personal, non-commercial streaming activities. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights.

All third-party trademarks referenced (TikTok, GTA, Minecraft, Call of Duty, etc.) are the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TikControl shall not be liable for:

• Any game account ban, suspension, or restriction
• Any TikTok account action, restriction, or ban
• Loss of income, revenue, or earnings from TikTok streaming
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Service interruptions caused by TikTok, game platform, or third-party changes
• Data loss resulting from hardware or software failure

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid to TikControl in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold TikControl harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of TikControl in violation of these terms, including misuse of game modification features in multiplayer environments.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or we are required to do so by law. On termination, your licence to use TikControl ends immediately.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@tikcontrol.io. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days (except where retention is required by law).

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, you may also have rights under the laws of your own country that we cannot exclude.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and notify you by email with at least 14 days' notice before changes take effect.

Continued use of TikControl after the effective date of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
