What to include in your email

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • The email address registered to your TikControl account
  • A brief description of the issue and what you were doing when it happened
  • Any error messages you saw (a screenshot is helpful)
  • Your Windows version and app version (shown in the app footer)

Common topics

💳 Billing & refunds

For billing questions, duplicate charges, or refund requests, see our Refund Policy or email us with the subject line "Billing — [your account email]". We aim to respond within 48 hours for billing issues.

❌ Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your Account page. Your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period. If you have trouble cancelling through the dashboard, email us and we'll cancel it for you.

⬇️ Download & installation problems

Visit the Download page for the latest installer. If the app fails to install or won't launch, email us with your Windows version and the error message you see.

📡 TikTok LIVE connection issues

TikControl connects to TikTok LIVE using a third-party service. If you're having trouble connecting, make sure:

  • Your TikTok username is entered correctly (no @ symbol)
  • You are currently live on TikTok when you click Connect
  • Your TikTok account meets TikTok's minimum LIVE eligibility requirements

If problems persist, email us and include your TikTok username.

🎮 Game mod issues

If a game mod fails to install or causes issues, use the Uninstall Mod option in the app first, then reinstall. For GTA V specifically, ensure you are not connected to GTA Online when using TikControl (Story Mode only).

🔑 Account access & password reset

Use the login page to reset your password via email. If you no longer have access to your registered email address, contact us and we'll verify your identity manually.
