Cancel, refund or change your plan
Cancel in one click from the dashboard. Refunds and plan changes are handled by a person.
Cancel
Open tikcontrol.io/dashboard and press cancel. Your paid features stay until the end of the period you already paid for. No questions asked.
Change plan
Use the upgrade or downgrade button on the dashboard. The change is applied through your existing subscription, you are never charged twice.
Refunds
See tikcontrol.io/refund-policy, then email support@tikcontrol.io with the subject "Billing - your account email". A person answers billing within 48 hours.
