How to send diagnostics from the app

Get Help runs checks on your PC and attaches a small, redacted bundle. It usually gets a fix in one reply.

Steps

  1. In the app sidebar open Get Help.
  2. Wait for the checks to finish. Anything the app can fix by itself is fixed on the spot and marked.
  3. Write what happened in the box and press Send to support.

What is sent

The check results, the last few hundred lines of the app log, your settings with tokens and passwords removed, and the app, Windows and mod versions. Never chat, gifts, viewer names or your TikTok session. The bundle is deleted from our side after 30 days.

Where the log lives

%APPDATA%\tikcontrol-client\app.log if you prefer to attach it yourself.
