Gifts show no pictures, or the wrong gifts for your region

Symptom

The trigger editor lists gifts you do not have, gifts have no pictures, or your region shows an almost empty list.

Cause

TikTok gift catalogues differ by region. Older app versions mapped a few regions wrongly and fell back to a generic list without pictures.

Fix

1. Update TikControl to the latest version.
2. Open Dashboard and pick your region again from the region list.
3. While you are live, press the gift-box button in the sidebar (Pull my gifts) to load the exact catalogue of your account. It can be used once a day.

If that did not help

Open Get Help: the self-check reports when your region's catalogue comes back empty, and the log shows which region code was used.
